UTILISATION

The MINI-SUVAG is an individual portable unit designed particularly for the profoundly deaf and severely deaf.

It gives them the possibility of having both :

- A complementary rehabilitation unit for working at home.
- A communication ‘s prosthesis.

In a portable and miniature version, the characteristics of the MINI-SUVAG are close to those of SUVAG IT2, notably for the transmission of low frequencies and the use of a power vibrator for somato-sensory transmission.

A vibrator and rehabilitation headphones or an intra-auricular receiver can be connected to this unit.
A 1000 Hz low-pass filter is incorporated in the unit.

It is used if necessary with children whose intelligibility is better with the high frequencies attenuated.
Working with the MINI-SUVAG encourages better use of the hearing aid.
